The origin of Pancit is obviously came from China. According to wikipedia the term pancit is derived from the Hokkien pian i sit (Chinese: 便ê食; POJ: piān-ê-si̍t) which means "something conveniently cooked fast.

this was a good presentation. It had humour, information, and content. The only thing it didn't have was a taste test with samples. Need food, must eat.
